“My 4 Year Old son absolutely loved the place. The Reception, Valet and Concierge Teams were very attentive towards him and each one remembered his name. He even took pictures with them! Staff at Ingredients were also very friendly and made us feel at home. Rooms are very spacious with high standards of cleaning. Coffee machines were in good order with a selction of different Teas in the room. Amenities were of the highest quality. Rooms are well maintained and the balcony was a plus - beautiful views of the Mangroves. Staff had very good product knowledge and were extremely helpful at all times. The lifeguard was also attentive and engaged well with the children. Overall, a 5 star luxurious stay. Highly recommended.”

“Wonderful in terms of hospitality. Initially my wife and I had to stand at the check-in counter for 45 minutes due to the rush but as soon as we got to the counter, Mr. Ramy at the check-in was so kind and caring, he understood that we had to wait for long and he offered us the best hospitality. We were absolutely delighted by his kind gestures. Definitely visiting again just because of the excellent customer service by Mr. Ramy at check-in.”
