“Needed a place to crash for a night while helping someone move. Front desk was helpful. Room was pretty standard. Seems like it will be a nicer place to stay when they are not under renovation. Masking paper taped to the exterior of the building for painting was loud in the wind all night long. Had to pay for off-street parking, and found out too late that we had been driving over construction debris (broken glass, screws, etc) in the back parking lot. Hoping that does not damage a tire! Might come back in the future, but not until they are done with renovation.”

O quarto ficava no terceiro andar. A sala acima de nós anda pisando forte no chão às 4h30. Durou até por volta das 5h30. Isso, além de uma taxa de estacionamento de $ 10,00 para uma vaga de estacionamento garantida em um lote atrás do hotel que possui 100 vagas de estacionamento. Havia 7 carros no estacionamento. Outra taxa escondida foi de US$ 10,00 por pessoa para o café da manhã. Quarto de hotel de alto preço com piso superior com taxas ocultas. Apesar do bom quarto, eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente.

La habitación estaba en el tercer piso. La habitación de arriba camina pisando fuerte en el suelo a las 4:30 am. Duró hasta alrededor de las 5:30 am. Eso, además de una tarifa de estacionamiento de $10.00 por un lugar de estacionamiento garantizado en un lote detrás del hotel que tiene 100 lugares de estacionamiento. Había 7 autos en el lote. Otro cargo oculto fue el de $10.00 por persona para el desayuno. Habitación de hotel de alto precio con pisoteo arriba con tarifas ocultas. A pesar de la bonita habitación, nunca me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

The room was on the third floor. The room above us walk stomping on the floor at 4:30am. Lasted until around 5:30am. That, in addition to a $10.00 parking fee for a guaranteed parking spot in a lot behind the hotel that has 100 parking places. There were 7 cars in the lot. Another hidden fee was the $10.00 per person for breakfast. High price hotel room with stomping above with hidden fees. Despite the nice room, I will never stay here again.

Precisava de um lugar para dormir por uma noite enquanto ajudava alguém a se mover. A recepção foi útil. Quarto era bastante padrão. Parece que será um lugar melhor para ficar quando não estiverem em reforma. O papel de mascaramento colado no exterior do prédio para pintura soou alto no vento a noite toda. Tive que pagar pelo estacionamento na rua e descobri tarde demais que estávamos dirigindo sobre detritos de construção (vidros quebrados, parafusos, etc) no estacionamento dos fundos. Esperando que não danifique um pneu! Pode voltar no futuro, mas não até que sejam feitas com renovação.

Necesitaba un lugar para pasar la noche mientras ayudaba a alguien a mudarse. La recepción fue útil. La habitación era bastante estándar. Parece que será un mejor lugar para quedarse cuando no estén en proceso de renovación. El papel de enmascarar pegado al exterior del edificio para pintar hizo mucho ruido con el viento durante toda la noche. Tuvimos que pagar por el estacionamiento fuera de la calle y descubrimos demasiado tarde que habíamos estado conduciendo sobre escombros de construcción (vidrios rotos, tornillos, etc.) en el estacionamiento trasero. ¡Espero que eso no dañe un neumático! Podría volver en el futuro, pero no hasta que terminen con la renovación.

Delta took my reservation over the phone and was a true professional. She handled my requests and actually made notes that were quickly located on my reservation for other employees to understand my needs upon our arrival. Thank you Hilton team as not one of you were anything short of excellent.

Excelente. O quarto estava limpo. A equipe foi amigável e acolhedora. Eles tornaram mais fácil para nós ficarmos com nossos quase 1 ano de idade. A arrumação fez um ótimo trabalho. A equipe da sala de jantar serviu minha esposa para que ela não tivesse que deixar nosso filho desacompanhado e eles fizeram ovos frescos para que ela pudesse alimentá-lo.

Excelente. La habitación estaba limpia. El personal era amable y servicial. Nos facilitaron quedarnos con nuestro hijo de casi 1 año. La limpieza hizo un gran trabajo. El personal del comedor atendió a mi esposa para que no tuviera que dejar a nuestro hijo desatendido e hicieron huevos frescos para que ella pudiera alimentarlo.

There are signs everywhere describing their dedication to cleanliness, but I found lots of things left dirty. One morning #1 I discovered the Keurig was covered in dust and the shelf it rested on was worse, I moved them so the staff could clearly see it. They just put everything back without wiping anything. The public restrooms in the conference area were also unkept. The toilets had awful build up, soap dispensers empty, empty seat coverings. I was very disappointed for the price of the stay.

Great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They made it easy for us to stay with our almost 1 year old. Housekeeping did a great job. The staff in the dining room served my wife so she didn't have to leave our son unattended and they made fresh eggs so she could feed him.

Overall the hotel was nice and in a great area. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The only problem I had was the shower had an extremely small shower head and low water pressure so I couldn't even stay warm during my showers.

O quarto era bom. O café da manhã estava muito abaixo dos antigos padrões da HGI para seleção, qualidade e serviço. Caro, pouca seleção no Continental. Nenhuma barra de comida quente com muitas opções como antes com o café da manhã xtra pay. Não havia sistema de pedidos, então as anfitriãs tinham que trazer os pedidos e gritar que tinham uma omelete, ao que 10 pessoas levantariam as mãos.

Não posso falar sobre as camas ou o café da manhã, porque não chegamos tão longe. O que posso dizer é que Brad, o GM, foi realmente gentil e compreensivo que às vezes, mesmo nas férias mais perfeitas, as crianças começam a se sentir indispostas e a melhor opção é pular a última noite de férias e ir direto para casa. Sua hospitalidade e simpatia eram incomensuráveis e muito apreciadas.

No puedo hablarte de las camas ni del desayuno, porque no llegamos tan lejos. The room was good.Breakfast was way below the old HGI standards for selection, quality and service.Overpriced, little selection on the Continental.No hot food bar with many selections as before with the xtra pay breakfast.No ordering system so hostesses had to bring out orders and shout that they had an omelet, whereupon 10 people would raise their hands.

I can't tell you about the beds or the breakfast, because we didn't make it that far. What I can tell you is that Brad the GM was truly kind and understanding that sometimes, even on the most perfect of vacations, kids start to feel under the weather and the best option is to skip the last night of vacation and head straight home. His hospitality and friendliness was beyond measure, and greatly appreciated.

A cama era muito confortável e é aí que as coisas boas param. A cadeira em que sou meu quarto era dura como uma rocha e a cadeira do computador era tão recuada que quase caí. A pior parte foi o chuveiro, sem pressão e o chuveiro estava entupido em quase todas as configurações, ficar limpo parecia um desafio, em vez de ser capaz de relaxar e descontrair no chuveiro, eu estava lutando contra a espuma.

The bed was pretty comfortable and that is where the good things stop. The chair I'm my room were hard as a rock and the computer chair went back so far that I almost fell over. The absolute worst part was the shower, no pressure and the shower head was clogged up on almost every setting, getting clean felt like a challenge instead of being able to relax and unwind in the shower I was fighting suds.

Ótima localização. Fácil de encontrar, acessar e estacionar. Fazendo reservas, nem tanto. Procurado online e depois chamado como membro do Hilton Honors. Tentei 3 vezes, mas nunca consegui entender completamente a equipe devido ao sotaque pesado. Eles não respeitariam a tarifa de quarto que eu estava olhando online. Então, eu só fiquei no Marriott do outro lado da rua. Eu estava participando de uma conferência. As primeiras refeições foram horríveis, mas melhoraram um pouco. Não é o que eu esperava. Suponho que falta pessoal, mas sem talheres nas mesas, sem copos ou água para beber, frango tão duro e seco que tive que pegar com os dedos e dar uma mordida. Muitos participantes foram a estabelecimentos locais para comer, depois voltaram, mas perderam alguns oradores das refeições. Se eu fosse apenas para o hotel, provavelmente tudo bem.

Buena ubicación. Fácil de encontrar, acceder y aparcar. Haciendo reservas, no tanto. Busqué en línea y luego me llamó como miembro de Hilton Honors. Intenté 3 veces, pero nunca pude entender completamente al personal debido al fuerte acento. No respetarían la tarifa de la habitación que estaba buscando en línea. Así que me quedé en el Marriott al otro lado de la calle. Estaba asistiendo a una conferencia. Las primeras comidas fueron horribles, pero mejoraron un poco. No es lo que esperaba. Supongo que falta personal, pero no hay cubiertos en las mesas, ni vasos ni agua para beber, el pollo estaba tan duro y seco que tuve que recoger con los dedos y arrancar un bocado. Great location. Easy to find, access and park. Making reservations, not so much. Looked up online, then called as Hilton Honors member. Tried 3 times, but never could fully understand the staff due to heavy accent. They would not honor the room rate I was looking at online. So, I just stayed at the Marriott across the street. I was attending a conference. The first couple of meals were horrible, but got somewhat better. Not what I would expect. I suppose lack of staff, but no silverware on tables, no glasses or water to drink, chicken that was so hard and dry I had to pick up with fingers and rip a bite. Many attendees went to local establishments to eat, then came back, but missed some meal speakers. If I was just going to the hotel, it's probably fine.

Hotel elegante e muito limpo. Quarto amplo, cama extremamente confortável. O único aspecto negativo que encontramos é que a porta do banheiro só abre pela metade e é muito difícil entrar / sair com uma cadeira de rodas. Felizmente, eu estava com minha esposa e pude abrir e fechar a porta do banheiro para ela. Se a porta estivesse totalmente aberta ou se o armário com o micro-ondas não estivesse perto da porta, isso não seria um problema. Um batente de porta para a entrada da sala ajudaria a torná-la mais acessível. Embora o café da manhã não seja complementar, é comida de nível de restaurante e um preço razoável para isso. Pessoal maravilhoso e este é o nosso hotel de primeira escolha em Manhattan (sempre que a nossa viagem for paga pelo nosso seguro).

A única razão pela qual estou pontuando este estabelecimento com um 4 é porque a reserva de quartos foi um pesadelo. A estadia é self foi muito bom. Os quartos eram muito limpos, as camas eram muito confortáveis e os travesseiros eram surpreendentes. A equipe também foi muito simpática e acolhedora.

The only reason I'm scoring this establishment with a 4 is because the booking rooms was a nightmare. The stay it's self was very nice.Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

Elegant and very clean hotel.Large room, extremely comfortable bed.Only negative we could find is the bathroom door only opens halfway and is very difficult to actually get in / out with a wheelchair.Luckily I was with my wife and could open and close the bathroom door for her.If the door opened all the way or the cabinet with the microwave was not near the door this would not be an issue.A doorstop for the entrance to the room would help make it more accessible.Although breakfast is not complementary, it is restaurant level food and a reasonable price for that.Wonderful staff and this is our first choice hotel in Manhattan (whenever our trip is paid for by our insurance).
