“The hotel needs better maintenance. The bathrooms are not thoroughly clean. I think the hotel should invest in some better cleaning products.The rooms were ok, the carpet stained. The beds were comfortable.The luggage cart has a notice saying to call the front desk to have a team member retrieve the cart. When I called the front desk they said I'll have to bring it myself because they don't have a bell hop.We called the front desk to find out if there were tables and chairs in the pool area, the staff told us that there were none. I guess that person never went to the pool because there were multiple tables and chairs in addition to lounge chairs by the pool. Management needs to educate all their staff on the facilities.”

“We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The view of Lake Michigan was great. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great for accessing shopping, restaurants, etc. while still being quiet for sleeping. We will stay here again!”
