“I've stayed here twice on trips to Bogota and it is amazing! Such an accommodating and friendly staff and really lovely grounds and rooms. The WiFi is excellent and everything is very clean. On my most recent trip I discovered all these amenities like a spa and gym that I didn't know were there the first time, which just added to its desirability. The location is really good too in the north near Usaquen and La Carolina, but far from touristy stuff in el Centro. People like Lisette and Edwin really made my stay a memorable one. Highly recommend”

“Hemos estado aquí por 4 días, el hotel es muy lindo y agradable; sin embargo la limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, ni siquiera limpian las habitaciones, hacen la cama y es todo. No dejan jabón de baño , ni toallas para baño. Hay que llamar a la recepción a solicitar algo tan básico como jabón y toallas. Eso no debería ocurrir en un hotel de 5 estrellas.El servicio del bar es bastante lento, pero el servicio de Los Arcos es excelente.Mucho que mejorar!Nosotros venimos a hospedarnos por 18 días, llevamos solo 4 y creo que buscaremos otro hotel. Gracias por su atención”
