“We loved the hotel in general. My daughter was very happy. We did have some AC issues for a few nights and also Pool was very dirty (bugs/hairs) so we decided not to use it.
Most people on staff are supportive, caring. It's mostly hit or miss with front desk staff. Some staff members can be rude.
Liked the fact they had their own shuttle (rare for hotels here these days) though it's paid, I do wish it was complimentary or had multi day pass discounts.
Hotel is very beautiful inside, we were given an upgrade to a suite but decided to stay in the South tower (newer room) vs a bigger space.
John, Gladys, and Mariana are very helpful. I will recommend this hotel and will come back again”

“Great stay, the staff was friendly room was clean. Not too many bells and whistles. Parking was close to the elevator. Had to call the front desk to send up some lotion and they got to the room with extra lotion within a few minutes. Not bad at all. We enjoyed our stay for the night. Just wish they had complementary water bottles.”
