Certamente um dos melhores hotéis em Paris. Logo que você chega já percebe a qualidade que receberá durante toda a sua estadia. Funcionários muito atenciosos sempre buscando encontrar as melhores soluções para você. Os três restaurantes de local são muito bons e eles atendem especialmente pedidos de crianças. O hotel possui quartos com excelentes vistas para Torre Eiffel.

(Portuguese text) Esperávamos apenas excelência, o que não foi entregue. Equipe e pessoal foram impecáveis, porem o quarto faltou energia algumas vezes durante o dia, o chuveiro não regulava corretamente a temperatura e os travesseiros não eram os melhores. O late check out nao foi concedido e nem retornado sobre a possibilidade dele. Na saída estava havendo pintura no corredor, que deveria ser realizada em outro período do dia.O maior problema foi com o restaurante e comida, chegamos aproximadamente 20:00, até arrumarmos as coisas e tomar banho já eram 21:40. O restaurante chinês já não recebia mais pessoas pelo horário, mesmo ocorreu com o l’abeille. O bauhinia precisamos pedir muito para nos acomodar, e o cardápio foi algo muito ruim, pois era uma noite vegana com opção única. Além disso os restaurantes tinham vagas ocupadas por não hóspedes também, devendo ser feita reserva antecipada, algo que não concordo para quem está se hospedando.Não valeu o valor pago. Nos sentimos sem privilégio por estar hospedado, todas as preferências foram para não - hóspedes.Na recepção havia uma festa particular, que incomodava bastante quem passava com o barulho e o trânsito de convidados nas áreas comuns do hotel. As áreas comuns do hotel estavam com pessoas bêbadas tirando fotos e atrapalhando o andamento normal do hotel.Na saída tivemos uma ótima experiência com a guarda das malas e a utilização do spa CHI para nos preparar para um vôo longo! Boa experiência também com o taxi agendado para o aeroporto, apesar de achar que deveria ser disponibilizado sem cobrança ou então com um carro privado.Pelo valor pago na diária (uma das mais caras de todo o país) não valeu. A experiência não foi positiva pois as qualidades que foram entregues já eram tidas como obrigatórias. Queríamos um algo a mais que não foi entregue, foi como um hotel comum, normal.Esperávamos uma experiência inesquecível e foi uma experiência muito dentro da média!Já me hospedei em outros hotéis melhores (jumeirah/ritz carlton/peninsula) e minha preferência será deles nas próximas viagens.

100/10!!!!!😍😍😍 What an incredible experience. Omg! Highly recommend!!! I stayed at the Eiffel duplex terrace suite and it was off the charts!!!! You can basically touch the Eiffel tower and the room was so gorgeous and big! The hotel itself is STUNNING. Everyone was so beyond accommodating and very nice. I can’t wait to return. Best hotel in Paris by FAR!!

From the moment we pulled up to the valet to the time with left nothing but amazing service. They knew our names upon leaving the car and escorted us to check in comfortable chairs. We enjoyed a quick lunch in the lounge then went up to our spacious room with a balcony. The first floor bar with its botanical cocktails has a wonderful calming atmosphere and great drinks. We enjoyed a short walk around the corner to spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower.

The staff were incredible. The hotel is beautiful, clean and historical.However for the price I expected an experiential hotel. At the end of the day I realized. It's really just a room. Nothing to write home about. It's a nice room. It's spacious. But there is nothing to justify the thousands of dollars spent.There are other hotels in the world in the same price range and much less that really give the WOW impression. They are places I really would look forward to going back to.However unfortunately nothing is drawing me back to ever stay here again unless the price was cut in half.I'm not a bargain hunter and have stayed in all the top hotels around the world. In fact the Shangri La Paris is an amazing comfortable and welcoming place. But the price made me feel gouged. $2000 for a hotel room and then they still charge $10 for a red bull. Maybe those tiny little touches like a free mini bar or welcome drink at the bar or bottle of champagne can help make up for the high cost. Just a suggestion!

My view is better than yours! With rooms facing the elegant Eiffel Tower, this hotel offers luxury amenities, with classic & innovative cocktails in authentic mahogany bar, chandeliers & artwork. Oh, the awesome Le Botaniste is simply unforgettable!!

Truly one of the most luxurious, thoughtful experiences I've had. My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon and it truly felt like paradise. The staff goes above and beyond at every turn. The amenities are the finest!!! The best part is that you still feel comfortable and at home even though you are in a literal palace. Make sure to order the incredible in room breakfast and try ALL the restaurants. The food is some of the best in Paris. I had the best prenatal massage of my life. Make sure to take full advantage of the spa. Perfect after a long day of exploring Paris. The location is superb. Easy to walk or uber to everything you need to see. Please do yourself a favor and splurge on this amazing place. You won't regret it.

Breath taking hotel in every detail. Yea vey corner is a piece of art and the Terrance has a great view of Eiffel Tower. The service will really make you feel home. I highly recommend the hotel.

My fiancé and I were here following our engagement in Loire. I notified the hotel, and they had a wonderful welcome gift with deserts and champagne which we enjoyed on our balcony. Very attentive and appreciated! The check in and concierge staff were awesome as well.

A fantastic experience fantastic location. The staff went over and above in all aspects on my arrival. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities were also incredible including the restaurant, the bar, the lounge, the spa and pool. The food was extremely good. I have to say I look forward to returning some time soon.

The hotel was stunning, and concierge service was excellent. My mother and I visited for her birthday, and the hotel team took the best care of us! One of the days during our visit was a public holiday, and the concierge arranged a beautiful picnic in the Champ de Mars, right next to the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant was fabulous, we were only there for our breakfasts - they offered many options, and had a beautiful buffet of granolas, milks, fruit, cheese, you name it. High recommend, would be very romantic as a couple!

Altamente recomendable hospedarse en este hotel. Uno de los mejores de la ciudad, con un trato personalizado a los huéspedes que lo hacen sentir a uno mejor que en casa. Amplias y lujosas habitaciones, hermosas vistas de la ciudad. Excelente ubicación cerca de Trocadero. En fin, todos los detalles maravillosos.
