“My room was clean, and it was at a perfect location. Only 20 mins from Folly Beach & 7 mins from The Battery. My only complaint is the walls are very thin..heard people talking in the rooms next to us. I even heard toilets flushing. The beds are very squeaky also. My overall stay was pleasant.”

“I have been a Hilton member for years now. I have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels. This is the first time I have felt like I needed to write a review. Very poor experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager that was working on Nov 11, 2022 was rude and helpless. We had a situation booking the room in the app so I called customer service and they transferred me to the hotel. The price on the app was $199 a night and since the app locked me out she said that she can only give me the current price of $379!!! And that if I didn’t want to pay this amount just deal with the app situation myself. We ended up staying in a nearby Hilton since I was not going to stay there with that kind of customer service. All in all, the worst experience I have ever had with a Hilton hotel. Nice looking hotel but please don’t stay there! Terrible customer service!”
