Bom Hotel, bem localizado. Não vá ao Peru pela companhia Peru TraveI and Adventure (PTA). É uma empresa desonesta e só vai lhe causar problemas. Infelizmente ela domina o mercado de turistas brasileiros no Peru. Seu dono é Elson Ervin Espinoza Estrada , um indivíduo de caráter e palavra questionáveis e quem tem privilégios por ser embaixador honorário do Brasil no Peru.

Ótima experiência em Cusco O hotel é um oásis em meio a uma cidade bem peculiar quanto à organização e limpeza. Café bom. Limpeza padrão. Sinal wifi em todos os ambientes. Chá de coca livre no saguão. Mas tem lá suas peculiaridades, como o check out às 8h30min (sim, muito cedo).

Staff simpáticos, quartos espaçosos mas houve-se tudo através das paredes. Meteram-nos junto ao restaurante e, houve-se o arrasto das mesas ! Problema é quando se faz reservas através das agências metem-nos nos piores quartos!Quanto ao pequeno almoço, pão nao é fresco e minúsculo (!),pouca variedade de escolha.

Ótimo hotel,bem localizado. Os apartamentos voltados para rua têm um pouco de barulho,mas os apartamentos são bons. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Hotel arrumado, bonitinho e caro! Recomendo se hospedar em Hostal onde o valor é 3 vezes mais barato.Me hospedei no Hostal Margarida que fica ao lado deste hotel onde é bem simples e com a economia dá para comprar mais lembranças e fazer mais passeios.

Es un excelente lugar, limpio atienden bien y todos son muy gentiles. Nota importante si sientes de alguna formaque la energía o como sea q le llames no está del todo bien, pide que te cambien de la habitación.

Súper mala atención. Tenía una reservación para el día de hoy con ellos. Al llegar nos habían cambiado de hotel sin previo aviso. 0 cortesía, ni media disculpa. Caminamos al siguiente hotel y no tenían los servicios que nos habían ofrecido previamente en la reserva. Hotel sucio, recepcionista con muy mal trato y 0 empatía con el cliente. Al final suspendí la reserva por otro hotel. Pensarlo 1 veces si ir a este hotel.

Nada a reclamar do San Agustin Plaza. Quartos bons, atendimento excelente, ótima localização (Av El Sol, a principal de Cusco), bem próximo da plaza de armas (onde basicamente tem tudo, restaurantes, baladas, museus, etc) e um simples porém mt bom café da manhã.

Be aware that they have a Karaoke Bar downstairs that is extremely loud from 10pm to 6am. I really mean disturbingly loud... "zero sleep". Otherwise the place is quite lovely.

Enjoyed great service. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need. The lobby is comfy for waiting on travel arrangements, however they do have heavy incense that might trigger some allergies. Buffet breakfast was nice and had different items each day. Battered salmon bites were the best!

So almost a 5 star review. I think our room on the ground floor was close to an elevator mechanical room or other machinery that turned on and off every couple of minutes. Not super loud but annoying if you're a light sleeper like me. On the upside super nice staff, great breakfast (they even made my wife her own style of eggs!), very clean rooms.

One of the nicer hotels in the Cusco area and much better than our last hotel in Lima. Very nice lobby, offering comfortable seating and free coca tea. They also have a bar with nice happy hour specials. The daily breakfast is always deli and changing with fresh fruits, breads, meats, cereal and eggs with a nice dining atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful though if you speak only English, expect some things to not always be understood such a difference between hand towels and washrag. Minor thing really. The rooms were nice and not cramped but the bathrooms could use more ventilation. Found it odd to have a phone in bathroom and no fan. Love the shelving and safe for valuables. Expect loud outside noises from time to time. We often heard cheering and a PA system into the late night from nearby games.
