“Great hotel for a first time Chicago visit! I originally booked because the price honestly couldn't be beat for the location, but I didn't expect much. I'm so glad I was proven wrong! The hotel is honestly EXACTLY as advertised on its website - none of the photos are misleading, and that same cool vibe is just as real in person. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. It might have been the fastest check-in/check-out I've ever had. The room was clean. It was a little on the smaller side, but for one person I didn't mind. Also, who can complain about free coffee or tea in the morning? As mentioned, the location is great. Just a couple blocks from The Magnificent Mile and a block away from the home of the deep dish pizza, and, if you're a walker like me, the Bean and Navy Pier are only 20-30 minutes walks away. I loved the cafe that's connected to the lobby, too, but there are so many great options for food and coffee that it was hard to decide. Will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity.”

“By far the best hotel experience I've had. Friendly and welcoming staff in a non American way. Room was just beautiful... Didn't want to go out! Location is great with everything within walking distance. Only thing that would keep me from giving a 5 star rating is that it might be fully booked when I return!”
