“ac broken not very clean lady at desk was very very rude i wanted someone to look at the ac control and she said no maintenance available and hung up on me 5 times then called the cops cause I was upset it was so hot. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at a hotel. Do not recommend this hotel at all.”

“My cousin was kind enough to pay for me to stay a night here as a birthday gift. Being from Australia and unable to go home for so long due to COVID just being by the Pacific was comforting. This room certainly didn't disappoint, although it was nothing extravagant the incredible view over the ocean from the balcony of our Ocean View King room made it everything I could want. The room was lovely and felt very spacious, the high vaulted ceilings gave it a feeling of being so much larger. Basic necessities, microwave, bathroom, although there was no 'electric fireplace' as advertised however the room stayed so warm despite the ocean chill and we most likely wouldn't have used it. While the hotel could use a bit of an update who cares when you're in such a beautiful place.”
