“This place was not good. They are renovating rooms and the rooms that were not renovated were awful. We got a room that wasn’t renovated and it smelled like mold. My mom said that me and my sister could get something from room service. Me and my sister love pesto so we got the pesto, and it was the size of a 3 year olds fist. The pesto sauce was tasteless, which was a bummer. Then our room started to smel like mold so the front desk switched us to a renovated room because my family has allergies. The renovated room was sort of nice but there wasn’t really anything in the room. So the next day, we aren’t that happy. It gets worse😨😰😰. So my mom booked a room and the room offer we got had a free breakfast buffet that we could go to in the morning that is in the lobby. Someone at the front desk told my mom that only 2 people can go to the buffet. My mom showed them the room that she booked and they still said that only 2 people can go to the buffet. So me and my sister go and the food was pretty bad. The scrambled eggs were just ok, and the yogurt parfait bar was much better than ok, but not pretty good. All the hotels we have stayed at in Peru that had a breakfast buffet let us bring it to our room, so my sister made a parfait for my mom. But the waiter at the buffet, however, knew that my mom couldn’t eat. So we tried to bring the food to the room, but the waiter said to us,”Where do you think you’re going with that food?” Then my sister lightly slapped my back and said,” He he he, let’s go.” So my sister said bye to the waiter, and then then he said something behind our backs. Also the pool was empty, which they didn’t put on the website. I’f I could give it 0 stars, I would”
