“Boa localização (não ótima), a piscina estava muito fria (embora anunciada como aquecida). Banheira de hidromassagem fora de serviço durante toda a estadia. As chaves digitais não estão disponíveis neste local. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, agradáveis e acolhedores. O café da manhã era muito bom. Omelete e panquecas feitas na hora. Hotel parece ter sido reformado recentemente. Muito limpo e os quartos são bem decorados. A vaidade do banheiro era grande o suficiente para todos os produtos de pele e cabelo de sua esposa. Café da manhã servido apenas até as 9h durante a semana. (Deve ser pelo menos 9:30 IMO) Tendo ficado em ambas as suítes Embassy na Katy Freeway, a de West Katy parece melhor para as famílias. (E eles realmente ligam o aquecedor da piscina).”
