“A equipe é extremamente pouco profissional, o que arruinou a nossa estadia em uma instalação decente. Uma cama confortável e lençóis limpos não compensam a má gestão, má contabilidade e funcionários rudes.- A primeira questão foi em nosso outro quarto sendo dado, apesar de ter uma reserva com bastante antecedência, e membros da família foram forçados a encontrar alojamento em outro lugar. Eles tentaram fazer o check-in por volta das 21h30 e foram informados de que já era "tarde demais". - Cheguei no dia seguinte, e tive a sorte de ainda ter um quarto. No entanto, o quarto não tinha toalhas. Ligamos para a recepção para pedir toalhas uma vez naquela noite e novamente pela manhã, mas não recebemos nada até que desci para perguntar pessoalmente. Estranhamente, alguém estava dobrando toalhas e lençóis em uma mesa na área comum para hóspedes, bem em frente à recepção. Não tem lavanderia para isso? - Na manhã do check-out, fomos acordados por um susto, por volta das 8h, por um funcionário que tentava entrar em nosso quarto. Compreendo erros ocasionais de contabilidade ou identificação incorreta de um quarto. Eu teria rido e voltado a dormir, se ela não tivesse sido tão rude e exigente. Em vez de se desculpar pelo erro do hotel, ela insistiu que o sistema não tinha ninguém naquele quarto e que eu "PRECISO" ir imediatamente à recepção. Comentei que ainda estávamos dormindo, tinha um e-mail de confirmação com as datas corretas, e resolveríamos quando saíssemos em algumas horas ... Mas ela exigiu mais uma vez que eu corrigisse imediatamente o erro, como se De alguma forma trabalho para ela ou que o erro foi minha culpa.Claramente, não existe um conceito de atendimento ao cliente ou hospitalidade neste local. Eu já fiquei em instalações suficientes do Marriott para saber que isso não é típico para a marca, mas certamente não vou ficar mais uma noite neste.”

“The staff is extremely unprofessional, which ruined our stay at an otherwise decent facility. A comfortable bed and clean sheets don't make up for poor management, bad bookkeeping, and rude staff. - The first issue was in our other room being given away, despite having a reservation well in advance, and family members were forced to find lodging elsewhere. They attempted to check in at around 9:30 PM, and were told that it they were "too late". - I arrived the following day, and was fortunate enough to still have a room. However, the room had no towels. We called the front desk to ask for towels once that night and again in the morning, but received nothing until I went down there to ask in person. Oddly enough, someone was folding towels and sheets on a table in the guest common area, just in front of the front desk. Is there not a laundry room for that? - On the morning we were to check out, we were startled awake around 8 AM, by a staff member attempting to walk into our room. I understand occasional bookkeeping errors or misidentifying a room. I would have laughed it off and gone back to sleep, had she not been so rude and demanding. Instead of apologizing for the hotel's mistake, she insisted that the system didn't have anyone in that room and that I "NEEDED" to go to the front desk immediately. I commented that we were still sleeping, I had a confirmation email showing the correct dates, and we would sort it out when we checked out in a couple of hours... But she demanded yet again that I immediately fix the mistake, as if I somehow work for her or that the error was my fault. Clearly, there is no concept of customer service or hospitality at this location. I've stayed at enough Marriott facilities to know that this isn't typical for the brand, but I certainly won't stay another night at this one.”
