“It’s on the crappier end of mediocrity. Bigwindow that serves one purpose: to show you the damn AC unit or the rust behind the sign. The bathroom is okay but I’d bet the shower head hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. Slowest damn elevator I’ve ever seen, $13 breakfast that’s worse than most continental breakfasts. “I was very displeased that the hotel was out of clean towels. After traveling all day sometimes you don’t want to be bothered with the interruption of housekeeping, so I opted out of housekeeping on Sunday. However, later in the day I requested new towels only to be told there were none and none would be available until the next day. This is unacceptable that a multi million dollar hotel chain doesn’t have enough clean towels for their guest. This made me a very dissatisfied guest and will never use Sheraton again!
