Hotel bom. Lugar excelente, próximo ao metrô e vários pontos turisticos. O único defeito é que não possui Internet gratuita nos quartos. Para usar a Internet é preciso ficar pelo lounge. Os quartos tem um tamanho bom e são bem confortáveis.

Terrible for loyal customers HHonors Diamond.Logo na chegada solicitei ajuda com as malas, uma vez que estava com carro e havia dirigido desde a Polônia, estava cansado e ainda necessitava devolve-lo, infelizmente não obtive qualquer tipo de auxilio, fui obrigado a deixar o carro longe da entrada do hotel e carregar as malas cruzando a rua sob o frio do inverno alemão, pois não haviam funcionários ou carrinhos disponíveis.Finalmente dentro do hotel, não haviam filas de check-in para os clientes HHonors Diamond, como é normal em toda unidade Hilton. Na verdade todo processo de check-in estava uma bagunça! A certa altura foi informado que o check-in seria realizado no executive lounge, mais isso também não funcionou!Após uma longa espera, superior a 30 minutos, finalmente conseguimos entrar no quarto. Infelizmente o quarto estava sujo, as lixeiras com o lixo dos antigos hospedes! Novamente fui obrigado a carregar a bagagem até a recepção e esperar uma solução.Para compensar os transtornos e incompetência operacional, o gerente da recepção prometeu uma compensação, mas infelizmente até hoje não recebi nenhuma mensagem ou contato do hotel Hilton Berlin.Fiquei decepcionado com o tratamento recebido, uma vez que a rede Hilton sempre preza e atende bem seus clientes mais leais HHonors Diamond, mas infelizmente não foi o que o que ocorreu no Hilton Berlin.

Bem situado perto de transportes públicos. O edifício é importante e foi feito de raiz. Tem quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. O hotel tem piscina,o que é bom para os verões quentes de Berlim. O serviço costuma ser bom. Preços razoáveis para a sua classe.

Quartos confortáveis , bom atendimento, cada detalhe muito bem elaborado. Estadia que valeu a pena em tudo. Sem contar da paisagem urbana que é Berlin, pura história, impossível nao se apaixonar com cada detalhe da cidade.

Precisa melhorar a higiene. Achei comida de cachorro no meu quarto. Deveria separar quartos para pessoas acompanhadas de animais. Fiquei com má impressão pois não sei se algum animal subiu nas camas. De resto, o hotel fica muito bem localizado e o café da manhã é bem gostoso

Fantastic location in a perfect location for exploring the city. The U bahn station is conveniently located at hotel front entrance. I stayed there in October and was upgraded as a Diamond to one of the biggest suites I have ever seen in a European hotel with spectacular views. Superior service at the front desk and polite staff members. The room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was bountiful and buffet style. I cannot wait to visit this hotel again, and Berlin again too! This is what a Hilton should be!

Worst Hilton experience ever. I generally choose Hilton when I travel. This particular one is so poorly managed it has now made me reconsider this brand. The key cards kept failing throughout my stay, I had to replace it 3 times. The lights kept going out in my room 1 day, the technician took 30-45 mins to show up. The cleaning lady, while a sweet a gentle soul, kept walking into my room at 9.30am to clean. Once while I was showering. I blame the management and not her for just poor training. The internet was extremely slow one night and the manager expected me to come down to the lobby in the middle of the night to ascertain if the issue was just on my floor. On remarking that was insane, he offered to do the trouble shooting only to then ask me to wait till the next morning for the IT technician to show up. Finally he calls and offers a speed upgrade for free and mentioned he didnt know this because he was new. The pool was closed for renovation and not mentioned anywhere prior to booking, only once the booking was made. The check out experience was horrible because they staff didnt know I had 2 back to back bookings. Hence they were confused and had to "investigate" the problem. This despite me checking with them if they were aware of the sequential booking at check in. One bad incident can be written off. But a string of experiences just means absolutely horrible management. I expect the standard "we apologise" message after this. Never ever staying here again.

Bad first impression! Upon checking in, hotel didn’t seem busy or full post holiday season. However, the reception placed us in the farthest, loneliest section of the hotel in a small, dark room. I had to personally walked down to the reception within two minutes of getting in the room to ask for a room change; hand towel holder is falling off from the wall, telephone is not working. Didn’t wait to find out what else is broken or not working in our first room but it definitely ruined our expectation.

Location at the heart of the city, just across the underground entrance. Parking facility in the building, well documented entrance in google maps and the Tesla map. Hotel gave me credit for parking there. Food in the lounge restaurant was perfect for a business meeting, excellent selection and not over priced. High quality. Welcoming, clean, safe atmosphere. Perfect place to stay for me.

Perfect gateway to discover Berlin. Great location in the historic city center. Rooms are small for a Hilton but provide everything you need. Bathrooms a bit dated and could be better maintained. The rooms facing the courtyard are quieter than those facing the square but of course have a less attractive view. Executive lounge is very decent and happy hours offer everything you need. The pool is small, but the saunas are sufficient. If you want a good standard in the city center, this hotel is a good choice.

Rooms are clean and beautiful. There was very big choice during the breakfast. The staff was helpful and nice. Pool and sauna were opened during my stay and I liked it. It was the best executive lounge I have ever been.

Very good staff. Professional. Breakfast buffet is unbelievably appointed. Good food well prepared. We were able to skip lunch everyday still being full from breakfast.

The view from a suite room. This is how they treat Hilton diamond members... what’s the point of having a status. The executive lounge is also open only certain time of the day. Breakfast is good thoughI just saw the comment. The lounge was clearly closed and only opened til 8pm. Maybe it’s the internal communication issue??

Perfect location for sight seeing. Great hotel and very good service. Got a corner dome view room which was fantastic. Great eateries around the hotel and many attractions are walking distance.

The location of the hotel is superb and with walking distance to all the top attractions in Berlin city centre. The area is full of nice restaurants and cafes so it is easily walking around for lunch and coffee during a busy day of sightseeing. Staff are super friends as well!

Situación excelente, en pleno centro. Habitaciones exteriores e interiores, los pisos 7 y 8 algo laberínticos con un solo ascensor para subir. Con fitness algo escondido , spa y un desayuno buffet estupendo en el primer piso con grandes ventanales y vistas a la iglesia alemana. El restaurante correcto, ensalada y filete de esturión muy bueno. Salas de reuniones correctas. Buena relación calidad precio. Personal hiperamable

Nos hospedamos en una habitación doble cuatro personas, las camas muy cómodas, los pasillos largos pero agradables, la entrada muy acogedora y la localización inmejorable. El único pero, fue el trato que recibimos por parte de un empleado en recepción pero por lo demás todo muy correcto.
