“JUST LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!! WE DROVE 3 HOURS TO BE GREETED BY A PADLOCK ON THE DOOR? SERIOUSLY ???? We have had a reservation booked for months in advance and received NO notification that the hotel was closed. We had a confirmation number and IHG removed it from our account like it was never even there, although I have screen shots of it. So they knew it was closed, They could have generated a mass email to advise the closing and to make other arrangements, but NO? Lets inconvenience these people and add unneeded stress in their lives. IHG was not helpful in resolving either. We found us another hotel and they CHARGED US EVEN MORE POINTS. REGARDLESS if its points, you don't business like that? You knew that you were closing you can advise your customers? Or accommodate them in any way for their troubles? Do not give this place your business. My husband stays out of town MANY MANY times out of the year and is an elite gold member with IHG and this is how you treat your customers?”

“Made a reservation here a couple months ago and arrived on Wednesday to find out that the hotel is completely closed. They confirmed my reservation 3 days prior via email and failed to let me know the hotel is not open. There was a lock on the front doors and their phones were disconnected. Stood outside in the rain on the phone with IHG customer service and they refused to put me up in a hotel for the same price so I booked elsewhere and I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.”
