“Añado que Itziar es encantadora!!! Y le ponemos 5 estrellas a ella⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pasad a verlo! Es una pasada de decoración, de amabilidad, raramente encuentras en hoteles de 5 estrellas empleados tan acogedores. Mañana iremos a cenar al restaurante Jerónimo, a ver qué tal”

“El hotel está increíble. En cuanto a atención y todo lo que ofrece dentro.Deberían resolver un poco el tema del transporte que es el único tema que veo que tiene deficiencias, porque para que llegue un taxi-Uber puede tardar 15-20 min. Se que no es su culpa, pero capaz pueden contratar dos taxis que estén cerca todo el tiempo.El mejor hotel de Madrid en cuanto a instalaciones, servicios que ofrecen y servicio del personal.Fantástico”
