“I am very disappointed on my last visit at the Grand Palladium Palace in Punta Cana , my name is Carmela Englandi was there from Oct 14/202 to Oct 26/2021. I purchased 2 tickets for the Saona island, at the purchased time i told EL PULPO that my daughter was having some allergic reaction, he confirmed me that if she was still sick he will refund me her ticket. That did not happened he was ignoring my calls and then requested a Dr note, I work in the Emergency Room in the USA and i know that dr note inPunta Cana can cost over $100.00, i sent an email and Maria Rizzi practically dismissed my complaint. I spent a lot of money there specially for tips. I did not like the service I was provided. I would like my refund. Unhappy customer Carmela England”
