“The location of this hotel was very central on the strip. Easy walking to distance to other nicer hotels to visit. That was about the only thing good about it. The room did not have the "Cleaned" seal on the door, as all newly clean rooms were expected to have. Not very comforting while traveling during COVID. For 4.5 stars you would expect Room Service, but there was none available after 2PM & no to-go orders.”

“The location to the Sands Expo Center Bathroom was not clean Lobby and customer service staff was rude. My room was not ready at 9:00 pm for me to check into A later checkout than 11:00 will cost you money. What a waste when rooms you book are not even ready to check into by 9:00 pm.”
