“Amazing place to be. Perfect location. Fully renovated rooms. Perfect soundproof with no noise at all at least if you are not directly watching the Gran Via Street). Impressive value for money. In my next review I will taste the breakfast and post it. Staff in reception level 7 superb and very kind and professional
Edit: the pillows were VERY soft and the hotel wasn’t able to provide a solution or different one that’s why my score is 4 instead of 5”
