“Um hotel pequeno para um resort “all inclusive”, com uma bela vista em um pequeno pedaço de praia. Cuidado com a tentativa de venda de opcionais e de “vacation clubs.” a todo o tempo, fuja deles!!! Como ponto positivo destaco o restante La Claraboia, especializado em frutos do mar.”

“Was physically assaulted at the hotel by another guest. My hotel room was next to the lobby, so the cameras and staff were near. When I came out screaming for help, management told me not to cause a scene. How do you not cause a scene when someone came into my room and hit me while going through my items. When I asked the hotel to call the police, they said no because it would cause issues for the hotel and for myself. This is supposed to be a resort where, I am supposed to feel safe not threaten when asked for police to be called, I said I did not care what scene was made and if it would cause trouble for me. Police were called and a report was made, hotel night time management was were extremely rude about the situation and did not help. In the morning the new management team came and they were much more helpful but by then I was leaving and would never come back because of how poorly this situation was handled. I requested a refund and was not granted one and management was still not helpful. It's upsetting to think assaults on the property happen with no help from the management. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT.”
