“Os quartos muito extremamente pequenos e a porta do banheiro nem sequer trancava. As luzes do elevador não estavam funcionando por alguns dias, e estava extremamente escuro lá. O serviço do hotel é tão lento. Chamamos alguém para limpar o banheiro e eles levaram 2 dias para chegar. O café da manhã complementar foi ok. Nós éramos membros diamantes do Hilton, o que significa que poderíamos fazer o check-out depois das 12. Mas eles não nos deixaram, dizendo que eram "shortstaffed". Já estive em alguns hotéis Hilton antes, mas este não foi tão bom quanto aqueles.”

“El hotel se acaba de construir, abrió en abril, no un mes, el servicio de habitaciones era horrible, el microondas no funcionaba, no lo proporcionaron hasta dos días después. Le informamos a la señora que queríamos el servicio de habitaciones y no volvió. Tuvimos que llamar y pedir pañuelos para la habitación.
