“There was no valet parking and the machine was broken to get into the parking garage so parking and check in was slow and difficult. Maid service is not included now “because of Covid.” This is now only offered at $35+ a day extra. I hate it when companies use Covid as an excuse for poor customer service. Our room was very nice.”
