“We had a great stay in Mariott in Cancun. The property opens up to a beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water. You can also relax by their way pool side or enjoy their spa services. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The hotel offers Japanese, Thai, among other cusines in the hotel. It’s also a beautiful property but what impressed me the most was the beach, the beach was absolutely gorgeous. Special mention to the staffs at the pool and beach restaurants.”

“My husband and I had the misfortune of staying at your hotel from 12/10/21 in to 12/17/22. In room number 3030 During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.First, it took more than a day to find out the refrigerator was not working even though we had a confirmed reservation from the bellboy it was working. We realize it was not working the second day Why it took so long is beyond my comprehension. When I asked the reception staff about the reason of the delay, they said it was because the it was a power outage. Well that is not my problem. They didn’t even let us know. My wife’s medicine was ruined 😡 after speaking with you on 12/17/21 you said I will be getting emails from you guys”
