“Fantastic experience — outstanding service, elegant room with attention to detail, and incomparable location! All staff was welcoming and gracious, even before we received an unexpected upgrade to a 4th floor suite. Nighttime view from the Hemingway rooftop bar is breathtaking, but overly noisy and crowded for our demographic. Casa Suicia downstairs has 5-star food and ambiance though. Easy walk to the Prado Museum and key attractions. Special kudos to Jasmine of guest relations We will definitely return.”
