“I spent two nights at this hotel in May 2022. I checked in around 10:30am and my room was ready which was great.
My room was supposed to be a superior king room, though I got two separate beds instead of one, and I was disappointed about that. The elevators are very slow and I sometimes waited between 5 and 10 minutes for the elevator to stop at my floor.
The breakfast is OK for the price (22 euros).
I was surprised because I got some food delivered to my room at 10pm and I made a call to the reception to get a fork and a knife. I was charged 4 euros for that, whereas a lot of hotels do that for free. I was really not happy about it as they do not display the fees for room service anywhere.”
