“The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Came for a long weekend with the kiddo with plans for a lot of pool time. Too bad the heater is broken. Would have been nice to know before we came because we never would have stayed at a hotel where we can’t use the pool, with the pool being a big part of the trip plans. I understand things happen beyond their control, but how about telling your guests at check in and seeing if they still want to stay or giving them the option to cancel? Front desk staff is very unfriendly. Never a smile and no hint of trying to be helpful. Rooms are getting pretty tired. The toilet ran off and on all night. The light at the desk doesn’t work. Also, I came down to grab a late breakfast and it was already closed at 9:30.”

“Me and my husband stayed here for a concert across the street at Vivint. In the morning we came out to my back window of my car shattered. We talked with the desk worker, she acted like she didnt know how to go about handling it. When we asked for some trash bags to cover the broken window, she told us they didn’t have any and sent us to the Hyatt House next door for some bags. They make you pay $20 per night to park in their “secured parking garage” but have no cameras and claim they are not liable for damages. The room was fine, but will not stay here again simply because they would not do anything to help about the broken window. They could have at least reimbursed my $20. Will never stay here again.”
