“Highly disappointed. This hotel does not feel like a Hilton nor is it up to standards. We were put into a smoking room, but when we called the front desk about it, we were told that it was non-smoking. We asked to move to a new room but were told that they were sold out... on the app, we could see that there were other rooms available. They were not apologetic or helpful. Also, there is loud music coming from the car wash next door. Overall, would not stay here again.”

“Reserved the room after a long plane flight. Was a convenient spot from airport. However I tried checking in and there wasn't a front desk person for the hour I was there trying to get into my room. The electronic key didn't work which customer service couldn't help me out with. Then when I booked another room by Hilton and went through the tedious process of a refund, I was not given back a full refund. I have been a Hilton member for at least 5 years and never been disappointed until this trip. Would give zero stars but there isn't that option.!”
