“Amazing place. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous, the staff are top-notch, the location is perfect to see everything downtown, and it's reasonably priced! I was so glad to have found this place. Will definitely return.”

“Horrible staff! I was asking for information and they just tell you "over there" and that's all you get. The workers do not seem to want to work and help new people. I was told the wrong information twice! The security guards need to be retrained and informed on what goes on in their own work place! Horribe workers.”
