“Hyatt was very nice, clean, modern style, beautiful photos of my hometown Chicago, friendly ,fast service and staff. Close to Midway airport so I had fun watching planes coming and going. They also have a outside patio!”

“5 Star Customer Service!!! Mr. Maze (early morning front desk) went above and beyond to locate my husband’s cell phone that was mistakenly left at the hotel. He was very professional and accommodating. Also, the check-in process was quick, our stay was comfortable and the room was clean and modern.
