Service.Omni Chicago Hotel is a great hotel right on the Magnificent Mile.The decor was really luxurious and inviting in our room.The fitness center has plenty of space to work out in although they still have not reopened the pool. The bar and restaurant also felt friendly and upscale.I was extremely pleased with the warmth, courtesy and professionalism of everyone who works there.I think my favorite thing was the way we were treated by the staff- I felt like a big shot!

The service was excellent, the rooms were very nice, and the location is fantastic. This has probably been my favorite stay in a hotel in Chicago

Im not sure if 4 stars is an accurate reflection of what this hotel offers (more like 3) but overall very happy happy my stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

Ficar no Omni de férias foi incrível. A equipe foi acima e além da minha expectativa. Eu queria a experiência completa de Chicago, e todos com quem falei eram uma fonte de conhecimento. Agradecimentos especiais a Melissa na recepção. Ela escolheu um passeio de barco de arquitetura que era perfeito para mim.Quanto à localização, o Omni fica bem no meio da cena de Chicago, então, para vocês que gostam de passear, haverá muito para ver e coisas para fazer a poucos passos do hotel. Eu, pelo menos, prefiro usar o rideshare quando posso, então a facilidade de acesso e a proximidade do local do Omni mantiveram esses custos baixos.O quarto em que eu fiquei era de alto nível. Eu tinha uma suíte. Assim como andar na primeira classe, saborear a prateleira de cima ou comer sua primeira mordida de wagyu - será difícil voltar ao básico. Vou deixar as fotos que tirei falar por si mesmas. Se você tiver a chance de experimentar, não perca.

Desde o momento em que saímos da cabine, recebemos um atendimento superior. Pessoal foi muito amigável e gentil. Tivemos alguns problemas com as nossas chaves que não funcionavam e a recepção foi muito apologética e rápida para resolvê-lo cada vez. O hotel em si é muito bonito, com excelentes vistas dos andares superiores. E a localização em si não pode ser batida. Com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente!

From the moment that we got out of the cab we received superior service. Staff was very friendly and kind. We had a few issues with our keys not working and the front desk was really apologetic and quick to resolve it each time. The hotel itself is very nice looking with great views from the upper floors. And the location itself cannot be beat. Would absolutely stay here again!

Staying at the Omni on vacation was amazing. The staff went above and beyond my expectation. I wanted the full Chicago experience, and everyone I spoke to was a fountain of knowledge. Special thanks to Melissa at the front desk. She picked out an architecture boat tour that was perfect for me. As for the location, the Omni is right smack in middle of the Chicago scene, so for you people that like to walk around, there will be plenty to see and things to do within steps away from the hotel. I for one prefer to rideshare when I can, so the ease of access and proximity to site from the Omni kept those cost down. The room I stayed in was top notch. I had a suite. Just like riding in first class, tasting top shelf, or getting your first bite of wagyu - - it will be hard going back to basics. I'll let the pictures I took speak for themselves. If you ever get a chance to experience, don't pass it up.

Que SERVIÇO! A cada passo do caminho e durante todo o dia e à noite. Pedimos um copo de água quente. Eles ofereceram nossa escolha de água quente ou enviar um microondas. Surpreendente!! Chegamos da chuva e três carregadores vieram correndo com uma infinidade de toalhas para nós. Muito generoso com água grátis e biscoitos - ótimo depois de nosso longo vôo e estar entre as refeições.Meus mais velhos pensaram que ele deixou o computador na sala (o desligou, ele o embalou), MAS, eles estavam LIGADOS. E TÃO RÁPIDO!O serviço é literalmente 12 estrelas de 5.A localização é a próxima na lista - perto de tudo. Há o trem vermelho L por perto e que se conecta a todos os tipos de trem em uma ou duas paradas. Os táxis são uma brisa. Muitos restaurantes excelentes ao redor.Por último, está o valor pelo dinheiro - BEM - para uma "economia de gastos" como eu, a suíte equivalente que tínhamos obteria FACILMENTE o dobro ou mais em Nova York.Fenomenalmente notável em todos os sentidos!

What SERVICE! At every step of the way and all day and evening. We asked for a cup of hot water. They offered our choice of hot water or to send up a microwave. Amazing!! We came in from the rain and 3 bellhops came running out with a plethora of towels for us. Very generous with free waters and cookies - great after our long flight and being between mealtimes. My oldes thought he left his computer in the room (turned it out he packed it) BUT, they were ON IT. And SO FAST! Service is literally 12 stars out of 5. Location is next up on the list - close TO EVERYTHING. There is the red L train near by and that connects to every type of train within one or two stops. Taxi's are a breeze. Lots of great restaurants around. Lastly is the value for money - WELL - for a "spend thrift" like me the equivalent suite we had would have EASILY fetched twice as much or more in NYC. Phenomenally outstanding in every way!

Muy buena ubicación del Hotel, en una de las mejores zonas de Chicago ya que tiene múltiples restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas y personal muy atento.
