“Our organization had to switch to this hotel after our 1st choice was sold out and we needed about 100 rooms . After reading all of the reviews we were skeptical but we still chose to stay here. I am beyond happy with the experience we had with the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff were AMAZING! They truly went above and beyond. We’ve been to many places over the past 8 yrs for hockey events and this is going on my list of favorite places to stay.
We highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.”

“The room was fine except for the bathroom. The shower cold water could not be shut off all the way, and the sink stopper was not connected, so it sat down in the drain and took forever to drain. On checking in, I had to find someone in the back to help me. After standing there a while, they had no bell, I had to start calling for someone.
The biggest problem was the included breakfast the next morning. It was advertised 6-9. We arrived at 8:35 to a completely closed down dining room. You could smell the food, but the buffet was empty, the lights off and all the tables reset. Miss Vicky told us that oh no, the dining room was closed, there was not breakfast in there, but they had continental breakfast boxes at front desk. When we inquired about breakfast at the front desk, she told us it was in the dining room. We explained that they told us to come to her. She was confused and said she would go in the back to see if they had any of those boxes left. How appetizing leftover boxes sound. When she returned she was saying how, when they have unless no one else came for breakfast, she had no idea about the boxes. Remember that this is included in the price. She then said that it was stated on the sign. The sign o ly talked about hours for dinner. Her response to that was, well have a nice day. She could care less. We will be calling corporate and asking for our points back. I would not stay here again, but then I probably won't be back this way. However, I am seriously concerned about Wyndham and the way they are handling their properties to the point of looking into getting out of it.”
