“Poor elite recognition. No upgrades at all even for titanium elite member. I’ve stayed in many element brands and have consistently been given an upgrade. Stayed 98 nights in 2021 so far but straight out no upgrades. Waited 30-40 mins for check in. Someone cut queue infront of me but staff did not corrected. Only one staff working at night with so many checking in. No elite member checkin lane. Basically for elite members, no special privileges.Other than that, room itself is ok for the price”
