“This was my second time staying at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia with my wife. We previously stayed in 2017. Over all the service was good. You can tell that the hotel is still getting its footing back after the Pandemic. Not having the courtesy car was a huge disappointment. We went to the 1927 lounge twice on this stay. The first time the service was excellent and was what I expect from the hotel. The second time even though it didn't appear very busy we were served breakfast without cutlery. The server acknowledged that she forgot it an said she'd return with and never came back. We ate our breakfast with our coffee spoons and no one took the time to refill our coffee or ask us if we wanted it refilled. Our room reservation was booked twice so I got charged $430 dollars for not showing up while I was sitting in my hotel room all checked it. I'm still waiting for the refund but was told it was being worked on.”

From the minute we entered the hotel, there wasn’t a moment we weren’t happy to be there. The staff is extremely caring and friendly. The building is gorgeous and pristine, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The only observation we brought up to them is the lack of a hot tub, as it is one of the elements our family really looks forward during our hotel stays. No matter what, we highly recommend the Rosewood Hotel Georgia and look forward to our next visit.”
