“We've been loyal Hampton Inn patrons for years and go there because of their pet friendly rooms, breakfast and the way they run their business. At this location, the staff was fine, but the hotel was in pretty bad shape. From just a beat up and abused look (e.g. paint, wall scrapes, door didn't shut right, messy caulking, crooked paintings and shower head) this hotel has seen better days. The kicker was the lack of a cleaning crew. If you planned on staying for more than a day, a refresh was not provided unless requested. That was a first. I get that over time, hotels need a remodel, but at a significant price. This location needs to be added to the list.”

“When we checked into our room early this morning, about 130am, we quickly realized it was already occupied…. By roaches. We saw 3 within the 2 minutes we were on the room. That’s was more than enough for us. We immediately left the room and went to the front desk. The concierge could not care any less. Offered no resolution. No apologies. Nothing. Barely even spoke to us other than to say the hotel was sold out for the night. No empathy for a family with a small child. It’s obviously not his fault the hotel is disgusting but geez. We spent the next hour and a half trying to find another place to stay. I reached out to the GM of this location and did not get a response. We ended up at a best western premier and they were great. No hay empatía por una familia con un niño pequeño. Obviamente no es su culpa que el hotel sea asqueroso, pero caramba. Pasamos la siguiente hora y media tratando de encontrar otro lugar para quedarnos. Me comuniqué con el gerente general de esta ubicación y no obtuve una respuesta. Terminamos en un Best Western Premier y fueron geniales.”
