“Fue para un personal el sábado, octubre de 2021, nuestro desayuno llegó 20 minutos tarde, sin previo aviso. El almuerzo también se retrasó 10 minutos, distribuido en dos mesas diferentes, sin una explicación de qué era y dónde. El café de la tarde también se retrasó. El sonido de nuestro altavoz era miserable, de repente hubo sonido de una habitación contigua en nuestros altavoces, esto se repitió tres veces.”
