“Very rude receptionists, bad communication, you pay bad services. They lie to you in the face. They don't recognize their mistakes, they treat like you are a slave on your money. 3 stars at the most. Elvators won t work, they dont accept complains and you are banned if you dear to complain. The gym is bad, shower also at the gym. Etc Arrogant receptionists. Grouce.”
