“I was so unhappy with my stay first off all my check in time was 3:00pm I was running a lil late so I called them to let them know, when I finally got there they said I had to wait 15min my room wasn't ready so I waited like 20min when I finally decided to get up to say something I'm like this why I reserved my room a day before anyways we finally got the room I asked for extra towels nd I never got them also free breakfast wasn't the best...”

“Really bad breakfast service! One of the cooks were really rude, because we didn’t speak Spanish and he didn’t allowed us to have more than one spoon of cheese!!!Same at the reservation desk. Even that we had a booked room 1500 MX we had to pay double because it was SaturdayTotal scammers”
