“It was a decent experience, however so many issues . When we arrived we were cutting close on time to get to a wedding while getting ready figured out there was no hot water to our room. Left came back at 11pm still no hot water as well as the AC wasn’t working it says it was but it didn’t get colder. Then morning came around for breakfast down stairs the waiter was flustered and had to ask for certain things multiple times and the breakfast potatoes were raw . The pancakes were nasty and the food was cold , the cheese in our omelets weren’t even melted . The jacuzzi also outside was barely even bath water warm . When brought it to the managers attention they only wanted to comp my meal and give some extra points . I feel like it could’ve been handled better and comped better as well.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had no hot water, and when we brought it to Yessi’s attention, they said they would fix it. The next day, they had not. After checking that notes had been made in accordance to our room number, they said they had. After calling Hilton corporate to rectify the situation, they stated no notes had been made on the account and the staff denied we requested any service to remedy the lack of hot water. They offered us points. This is why I never stay at Hiltons and always choose Mariott. Never again. BEWARE. ¡¡NO TE QUEDES AQUÍ!! No teníamos agua caliente, y cuando se lo contamos a Yessi, dijeron que lo arreglarían. Al día siguiente, no lo habían hecho. Después de verificar que las notas se habían hecho de acuerdo con el número de nuestra habitación, dijeron que sí. Después de llamar a la empresa Hilton para rectificar la situación, dijeron que no se habían hecho notas en la cuenta y el personal negó que solicitamos ningún servicio para remediar la falta de agua caliente. Nos ofrecieron puntos. Es por eso que nunca me alojo en Hiltons y siempre elijo a Mariott. Nunca más. TENER CUIDADO.”
