“No geral, a experiência neste Homewood foi muito boa, era o Hilton mais próximo da casa de nossos amigos em MD. Fizemos o check-in pelo aplicativo, então realmente não tivemos que fazer nenhum contato com a equipe até que o recurso de desbloqueio da porta no aplicativo não funcionasse. Então tivemos que ir buscar um cartão-chave normal. O quarto estava limpo, os aparelhos estavam limpos, a pia de fundo aberto estava um pouco inacabada, mas ei, você não está morando lá. Alguns dos móveis foram amassados e definitivamente poderiam ter sido substituídos, mas novamente não sujos ou um disjuntor do negócio. A cama era confortável e limpa, o banheiro era limpo, mas parecia ter um pouco de mofo nos cantos, mas 8 não coletaram amostras para testar, então poderia ser apenas sujeira, mas ainda muito óbvio e deve ser atendido. O café da manhã foi um pouco decepcionante, onde está a máquina de waffle ?? Todos os hotéis do planeta têm um, menos este. 😞 Tive que me contentar com um bagel que estava ok. “tivemos uma suíte de dois quartos, então era espaçoso o suficiente. a máquina de fazer gelo não estava ligada e não havia máquina de fazer gelo no nosso andar, o que foi um aborrecimentoo controle remoto da TV era impossível de usar era muito estranho. isso é apenas no espaço comum entre os dois quartosAcho que a cama king size em um dos quartos precisa ser substituídaé ótimo que eles são ventiladores de teto nos quartos. o banheiro era decente, mas o pequeno espaço entre o vaso sanitário e o chuveiro o tornava um ajuste apertado”
