Loved it. We were here for a Veterinary conference and brought our Cavies . Front desk greeted us warmly and was able to answer all questions. Housekeeping was limited due to COVID restrictions but prompt to bring towels and in room items. Room was very clean and well laid out. Recommended stay!!

Not my greatest experience. Our floor smelled worst than musty. Also, the hotel room wasn't the cleanest. The staff was cordial though. This is the only reason why I gave 2 stars. Damon was very helpful so that made things better. I won't be staying there again.

Location and cleanliness was great. That’s about it. The breakfast was an absolute joke and very unlike what I expect in a “hot” breakfast from a Hyatt property. There were cheap, pre-wrapped jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. With Hyatt place breakfasts, there are typically several hot options including sausage/bacon, eggs and more. I can tell this hotel franchisee is taking cost cutting approaches that undermines the Hyatt brand. If they want to serve a breakfast akin to a roadside motel, I would expect them to re-brand as such. As a loyal World of Hyatt member, I am shocked at this. Also, a ten dollar parking charge is absolutely absurd in a budget, non-resort property. Especially since there were several cars parked in the lot without hanging tags. If a guest were to “skip” the front desk and do a Mobile check in, wouldn’t this be avoided? Again, a desperate attempt to nickel and dime guests while diminishing the Hyatt Brand. I will not return to this hotel and instead seek out other providers in the future.

Hotel was a disappointment , a bit run down. Bathroom was very small hardly enough room to turn around in. But the worse part was the hallway reeked horribly of marijuana, so badly by the third day that we could smell it in our room . I would have given a one star if not for the staff who were friendly. The night shift manager, front desk staff and bartender were all the same person Anthony who was extremely friendly and as efficient as he possibly could have been given all of his duties.

My wife and I spent four days here And we could not have asked for better service. Nakula and Cameron seem to go above and beyond what their job description should have entailed. Because of these two and others my wife and I will return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel modesto. Café continental, cana boa e banheiro reformado. Quarto grande com carpete. Excelente localização. Da pra fazer quase tudo a pé. ( jantar, divertir, visitar atrações)Não é na internacional e isso cria confusão. O melhor é citar o endereço como universal boulevar 8800. Ficando no hotel não precisa alugar carro.

Tem sido a pior possível, ainda estou hospedado no hotel, cheguei e fui bem atendido, a parte de funcionários até então está ok, mas... estamos tendo inconvenientes atrás de inconvenientes, primeiro sempre fui cliente da rede, escolhi esse hotel depois de ter ficado por 5 vezes em Orlando em outra rede, por buscar um pouco mais de conforto mudei, pior escolha da minha vida, o quarto temos visitas inesperadas todas as noites, ontem uma barata hoje um animal não identificado no chuveiro, o ar faz muito barulho e por ter um quarto na frente do elevador ouço tudo o tempo todo. Hyatt era pra ser minha rede favorita do mundo, e por essa experiência não me verá em nenhum hotel da rede mais. Não tenho segurança de dormir no quarto sem saber qual bichinho passará pega minha cabeça, ou sem saber se minhas toalhas estão sendo frequentadas por animais quaisquer. Enfim.., desesperador. Pensando em trocar de hotel e dormir em paz nos outros dias.

The only reason I’m giving this hotel a 1 star review is because they are impersonating Starbucks saying they are serving there product to buy when it’s clearly not Starbucks beans in there machines. I have been drinking Starbucks for a long time and this definitely isn’t Starbucks coffee I feel totally ripped of and disrespected as a customer. Never buy there Starbucks here as it isn’t Starbucks beans in there machine.

I stayed in this hotel for one short night only. Everywhere it was clean and staff was friendly. There are located many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. I would choose this Hyatt Place again next time in Orlando, Fl.

Huge rooms. Beds are hard. Fridge but No microwave. TV is great with a guide. Stayed here for 9 days for AKC National Dog show.

The hotel was very clean, beds very comfortable, room was good, fair price. The only thing to improve was the attention of the staff. They never told us where the pool was, or the gym, or anything. They charged us for parking, gave us the wrong room, and the treatment of Mrs. Amy (if that was her name because she had no ID) was unacceptable. very rude. At such a delicate moment, we expect a little more courtesy next time.

I was very happy with the location. I was traveling alone with 4 of my kids and did NOT want to be anywhere near any shady or creepy parts of town. This area was beautiful and very family friendly. Less than a mile from numerous tourist things and restaurants. It was all clean, in perfect repair, friendly staff. The breakfast is something you order the night before and then pick up in a sack in the morning. Very convenient for heading out the door for the day. The room was spacious, the pack and play for my daughter was clean (a rare luxury it would appear judgng by many hotels) A small thing but I really liked that the tv had a channel guide so you could actually find a show to watch. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was by far the best value in all of orlando and as dat as cocoa beach from my 3 hours of research. I was really glad it was as good in person as it was in my research

10$ per day parking they don't tell you about online and their pool is only open till 5pm,The rooms are very nice though and have alot of what you need for your stay. The front desk guy was very apologetic and very courteous and helpful !!

While I got a fantastic rate likely due to the economic effects of the pandemic, this Hyatt Place location near the convention center still delivered a high-quality experience as I've come to expect as a 23-year member of Hyatt's loyalty program. After a quick check-in, I found the room was missing an amenity that I requested on the reservation; the manager quickly resolved the matter and placed me in another room. Had a quiet, restful stay and check-out was a breeze. Overall, a superb value with excellent service and will likely make a return stay in the future.

Buena alternativa a 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Lo utilizamos para pasar una noche entre el regreso de un crucero y nuestro vuelo de regreso (estábamos sin coche) Muy cómodo y prolijo, el servicio muy bueno ( cuenta con un transfer que te lleva gratis por la zona) El desayuno bueno, pero deberían mejorar la limpieza de las mesas ya que son pocas. Las habitaciones muy cómodas A pocos metros hay un hermoso parque para caminar
