Great location, good shower head, comfy big bed. TV channels didn't work very well, TV image quality was bad, view of the room wasn't good

Overall good hotel for the price. Nothing special but rooms are clean and it is exactly what we needed. Front desk attendants spoke some English and were very helpful when needed. checkin and out was quick and easy. Would stay again.

Very clean, fast wifi. We were here during World Cup. The lobby was set up with all kinds of World Cup stuff, ready for game viewing. Had a great time. Hotel is very centrally located, great location, safe to walk around. Many shopping/food courts around with fair prices. Friendly staff, barely spoke English but friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall a great experience. Would stay again.

Location is perfect. Just 1-2 mins walk from metro consolação. It is located on Ave Paulista so you can walk to any restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, Augusta, Oscar Freire etc... also easy to take a taxi/Uber to go to centro, Itaim or anywhere. Because of the breakfast weeks, i went to there to see if i would like or not. I never stayed in any of ibis in Brazil somehow but now i know this hotel at least looks good and clean and has nice staffs so i will try to stay in the near future. Breakfast buffet wise... It was good enough. I love breads, pastries so there were many options for me. However, there were only two hot meal choices, which were scrambled eggs and Brazilian beef dish. It would be better if there were one or two choices more.but no really complaints for the price :)

Very average. Staff is not flexible, we wanted to check in 2h earlier (10 instead of 12) and were asked to half of the daily rate to pay. Of course we did not so had to wait 2h in the lobby, even they had free rooms. In most of the hotels the staff would not make the problems. Breakfast was quite good, many choices.

Efficient reception staff. Very accommodating with personal requirements. First class breakfast and evening meal (i cannot comment on lunch) at very reasonable prices. Efficient check out. All in all an enjoyable experience . I had not stayed at a hotel in Sao Paulo since 2015. Despite this, several members of staff in the restaurant and bar remembered me and greeted me warmly.
