“Overall, this hotel was affordable but not very good. The location was nice. The room was dirty when we got there (a used tissue behind the bedside table) and there was cigarette ash on the carpet (in a nonsmoking room). The fridge never worked and it wasn’t repaired or replaced in the 5 days we were there. One of the lamps could not be switched off because it was broken. No hair dryer in the bathroom. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the hallways often enough. Trash people put outside of their doors stayed for almost a full day. A vacuum cleaner was next to our door for almost 12 hours. The make-your-own-coffee tray was not restocked every day. Despite the rule of only 2 people per elevator, the hotel’s own staff ignored the rule, even though we complained. Doha has a lot of good, affordable hotels. I would never stay at this one again.”

“We got a nice family room, the reservation team are not the best welcoming people I had an issue with the extra beds bit hopefully Mr. Shankey assisted us, he was very kind and helpful, also people in the reception don't answer the phone all the time, you have to keep up trying.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, a lot of choices available, I think it was one of the best in Doha as per my experience, the staff were very helpful and welcoming.”
