“The hotel not bad. A nice standard Hilton double tree, however their front desk customer service needs to be fixed. If you can’t even help a guest check in to a hotel room they are paying money for. You should get a new job. I’ve strictly stay at Hilton hotels because of their amazing customer service but And hotels but danm. Giselle (if that’s how you spell it) and Ariana you need to be better.”

“I’d like to state that customer service from the staff has been great. Everyone has been very eager to help with a good attitude.The beds are horrific, the headboard squeaks and the pillows feel like they are original to the property. The water temperature was either extremely hot or extremely cold, and as of right now we have run out of hot water completely, it’s what inspired this review.Staff 5/5, cookies 5/5, rest of stay 2/5”
