“The hotel staff are as polite as they can be.. the hotel is being transformed and it will take a while to get to the point of luxury - it is great for those who do not spend much time in the hotel and use it as a resting place at night. Good pool and the restaurant at the top, Cabana Grill, does great meats. The breakfast is extensive and good to taste.. not amazing in taste. The orange juice is always diluted by the amount of ice in it, but they know this and will give you fresh juice if you notice and ask for fresh juice. The staff in the breakfast area are delightfully polite and helpful.
The refurbished rooms are lovely and the suites even better with lots of space -just sterile.
I could not find the meeting rooms or an area to relax in when not in the room - apart from the pool area or the restaurants.
Location wise - its great for DIFC and the Dubai Mall. Its value for Money.”

“It’s been three weeks of our stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Sheikh Zayed Rd. and it’s been a lovely experience. My family and I have only good memories and reviews about this place. From the reception staff, to the chefs who makes sure to serve us good food, to the hosts, to the waiters , to the house keeping staff everyone do a fine job of hospitality. The warmth we have been receiving is exceptional. A special mention of Ms. Nilmini S who despite the early morning hustle and bustle at the breakfast buffet room makes sure that she comes to us and personally attends to our needs and we have noticed that it’s not just to us but she does the same for each and every one who comes there. Will truly recommend this place.
