“The room was assigned late even though I checked in way ahead of time. Till 18:00 the room was not ready and the room That was assigned had damp wet floor around AC and bed.I am thankful that they changed the room but it took then another 45 minutes to figure out. I travelled all the way from Ontario and it was quite disappointing experience for my family”

“This is a nice place to stay, especially if you are going to be there for more than one night. The suites have a separate living room, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher). Breakfast is excellent if your schedule allows you to be up and interested in eating from 6 to 9.
My rating would have been 5 stars if my shower didn't drain slowly (I hate ankle wading in the water waiting to go down the sewer drain....) Other issue, not necessarily on the hotel, was the extremely inconsiderate neighbors screaming at each other at 11pm... Like normal conversation but at a volume that was just ridiculous.”
