“So this hotel is amazing. Views, beach and rooms. Service was horrible. I booked a double bed lounge room. I had to pay extra for both of my children. One adult price and one child. This is an extra 225 a night. Our nightly rate for a room was over 900. On the Marriott website, the room details say you can get a roll away in the room so my younger ones could sleep separate. When I called down to get the bed; I was told this isn't the US. I couldn't believe it. Then, upon going to the lounge after each shift change we were asked our room number and then they would go check and see if we paid for extra people. So much for the personal service you are to receive at that level. I am also a Platinum member so loyal to Marriott. I have never been treated like this at a Marriott. I will give it another try because of the location, but I will contact Marriott while I am there if I am treated this way again.”

“As an Ambassador, this hotel has the best service around. We have stayed 4 times here in different years and each time the service is impeccable. Each staff member around the hotel takes great pride in what they do, great attitudes and it shows. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and easy access to the hotel amenities and the Marriott Cancun next door. Absolutely my favorite hotel on the strip. I will definitely be back again. Thank you all for a wonderful experience....again. Kudos to all and management, please award them all with something. Even just a thank you from the Marriott family to themselves.”
