Céntrico, habitación amplia y buen desayuno. Personal de recepción agradable, no se puede decir lo mismo de los camareros del bar. A la hora de la siesta mucho ruido en el piso de arriba y en nuestro pasillo, del servicio de limpieza. Me ha gustado que para hacer el check out antes de las 7, nos han preparado un almuerzo para el camino.

Just outside the real center but not in a very attractive surrounding. Very functional hotel with a garage. The rooms are large enough but they are far away from the reception because they have two buildings side by side. The bar is open late and quite good. Maybe better to stay here than in the very center because traffic might be tricky there if you are with a car.

Ayer 7-5-22 celebramos aquí la comunión de mi hija y no podemos estar más contentos. Elsa la organizadora de eventos nos ha ayudado a organizar el día de mi hija con un cariño y una paciencia tan grande como su profesionalidad.David el jefe de sala ha sido súper atento haciendo que no faltara un detalley los camareros fantásticos!! Todos nos fuimos encantados y solo puedo dar las gracias por todo!! Sin duda repetiría con ellos una y mil veces.

Room was in reasonable condition, had a bit of sea view too. Had to call reception to fix some lights that wouldn't stop flashing. Within walking distance to the beach. Efficient and professional reception.

De las habitaciones no puedo opinar. Del servicio de camareros que hubo en la celebración que estuve, perfecto. No así del menú que no me gustó. Mucha fanfarria para tan poca comida y creo que las bebidas que nos sirvieron después de la cena, no eran de lo mejor

Gracias a todo el personal de recepción (Garcías Rocio!) que nos hizo la estancia muy cómoda resolviendo todos los inconvenientes que surgieron en nuestra estancia, además de proporcionarnos todo tipo de indicaciones para disfrutar de Málaga y por supuesto una fantástica habitación desde donde vimos las procesiones.

It's a nice hotel. We had a room with a balcony facing the church at the back which was around 140€ per night. The pool was closed in Spring - was hard to get to it as there are two buildings with separate elevators. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location near the city centre.

The location of this hotel is very good. Close to the center and all restaurants, bars. Unfortunately there are several big streets beside the hotel so there’s always much noise. The rooms are partly bad soundproofed. You always have to listen to the outside and inside noise. Also the price for a room is kinda high for what you get offered. Pool at the roof is very very small. Breakfast offers a big variety and is good quality, I can highly recommend that. Service is friendly. Hotel is good for business trips but not for vacation

Debido al festival de cine de Málaga hay un montón de gente famosa en este hotel, los cuales se pasean con total normalidad sin mascarilla sin que nadie les llame la atención. Lo sorprendente es que a mi sí me corrigieron por no llevarla: debe ser que soy una persona de segunda y no tengo los mismos derechos. A VER CUANDO ACABA ESTA FARSA DE UNA VEZ

Al llegar la atención y amabilidad del personal fue fantástica. La habitación 133 con una gran terraza es espectacular, por la mañana pudimos disfrutar del desayuno en el buffet y nos fuimos con ganas de volver!

Cumplieron con todas las sugerencias solicitadas. Cama extra grande y variedad de almohadas, permite un pleno descanso, así como disfrutar de la estancia. Buena limpieza, personal agradable. Dispone de parking. Muy buena ubicación,puedes visitar todo el centro de Málaga a pié. Repetiremos parafuturas visitas a la ciudad.

Buscábamos un hotel por la zona y acertamos de pleno. Perfectamente ubicado, a un paso del centro, totalmente reformado y precioso. Las habitaciones amplias y como nuevas. Excelente atención del personal, muy servicial y atento. Yo madrugaba mucho y me perdí el desayuno, pero al decirlo la noche antes me prepararon un picnic para llevar. Mi mujer si que pudo disfrutar del magnífico desayuno. Sin duda será nuestro hotel de nuevo cuando volvamos a Malaga. Nuestro agradecimiento y enhorabuena todo el equipo del hotel.

En mi visita a Málaga .. decidí alojarnos en este hotel . Y ha sido como esperaba.. Fácil acceso en coche , tiene parking fácil de entrar y sus plazas de garaje son amplias , con acceso directo al hotel que eso ayuda mucho para las maletas . La hubicacion es perfecta . Justo al lado de el corte inglés y a tiro de piedra del casco antiguo de la ciudad . En referencia a las habitaciones son grandes . Buena iluminación y muy limpias , ordenadas , y no falta ningún detalle .. El personal del hotel super amable y con mucha educación . Y en cuestión de desayuno todo un lujo , gran cantidad de productos y variedad . Vamos en resumen .. un hotel recomendable . Cien por Cien .. Por lo visto esta cadena NH .. de hoteles es fantástica.. 😎😎😎

Dont know why there are no slippers or shoehorn or sewing kit in the room. Its very modern clean and professionally run otherwise. Well if you are English and staying, do bring your own teabags 🙄 you should know that applies to all european travelling really 😀 I love that rioja red is the house wine 🍷 excellent! Food, heavily pork, tou would have thought there would be more spanish food or fresh seafood. But what do you get? Good old salmon 😳 otherwise great location to start a town tour without the need for transport.

Localização privilegiada, decoração moderna, quartos confortáveis, pequeno almoço variado. Não experimentei o restaurante, mas tive a oportunidade de provar o menu almoço servido num evento e que estava excelente! Como está dividido em dois edifícios, é preciso ter atenção ao caminho a tomar.

Excelente.Ubicación perfecta. Habitaciones grandes y limpias. Muy poco ruido. Desayuno variado y bueno. Un solo pero, no tienen parking realmente. Es un parking público donde el hotel no reserva plazas. Y eso en Málaga sale muy caro. Por lo demás un sitio muy, muy recomendable

Good hotel close to the Center of Malaga. Spacious rooms with comfort. There is a swimming pool on the roof where you can enjoy the sun. The service at the reception desk could be improved, but overall we had a great experience.

A solid 8 on booking. Newly done but ageing quickly. Overlooking the rather gloomy canal. Pool on rooftop is nice, very small area and views very limited. Nice location close to centro.

Stayed here a few times now. Comfortable rooms, small but clean. Had a balcony this time overlooking the church. Couldn't eat here as we had our dog with us.

Una estancia excelente! Por trabajo tuve que alojarme en el hotel 1 mes y medio, todo el personal fue maravilloso, tanto el personal de recepción, las chicas que se encargan de la limpieza que son muy cuidadosas y amables y todo el personal que se encarga de la restauración, a destacar a Francisco que nos acogía en cada desayuno con alegria, simpatía y mucha profesionalidad. Hicieron que estuviese como en casa. El hotel esta genial ubicado y todos los servicios son de 10. Volveré! Muchas gracias por todo.

If I could put 0 I would. Coming for business purposes many times, rooms are not cooled down before you arrived they do not leave a key to activate the electricity and air conditioning system ! it was 28.8 degrees and took up to this morning to finally have 21.5 degrees now that I am checking out! Saving costs but charge over 150€/night unacceptable!

Perfect location, nice and helpful personnel. Very poor breakfast... limited warm dishes which were very often cold... no one piece of vegetables - unbelievable!!! I think COVID is a good excuse to save money in this services.... I recommend to eat breakfast in nearest restaurants (cheaper and better) Cleaning service - unwashed floor during 4 days of stay...

We stayed here for 10 days while working remotely. Overall a lovely hotel close to everything (centro, Corte Ingles and supermarkets). The staff is friendly and service-minded and speak English fluently. Rooms were very modern and clean, air-con worked as it should. Breakfast was very good with big variation and loads of choices to suit everyone’s needs. The pool area was spacious and very tidy with sun beds and a roof-top bar. If you bring your computer, there are a couple of sockets, making it convenient to work in the area. The pool is a lot smaller than expected and it gets easily crowded on hot days, but it does the job 😄

Great bed soft linen. Just sorry the breakfast is very average and the pool smells like urine. this should be emptied more regularly. And way too few sunbeds for the amount of people who visits the pool.
