“Don’t recommend. I made the reservation through Snaptravel and pay on the app. When I did the check in they charge me again. When I called to let them know they had charge me twice they said they could see my Snaptravel reservation and would reimburse me. Then over a month later Crisma Becerra Guest Services Manager said they would not do a reimbursement even after I confirmed with Snaptravel and they told me they had already pay the hotel. I had stay several times at this place for the location only since the staff doesn’t even offer to help with your bags. Don’t let them trick you like me and check your cards statements they probably encourage to charge clientes extra.
