“Sempre me hospedei no Ibis, porém essa foi de longe a pior experiência. Atendimento grosseiro e sem um pingo de cordialidade feito pela atendente Lidiane na recepção, nenhum recepcionista se mostravam felizes em atender os clientes o que torna a experiências cara negativa. Limpeza péssima, box com lodo e mofo no teto, quarto com cheiro ruim. Cobraram para guardar a bagagem, mas não tinha local adequado para guardar, deixaram no chão de um sala que fica aberta onde qualquer funcionário. As acomodações são boas, porém lembrem, não há privacidade quanto ao chuveiro.”

“I thought the rooms were too small, but I get it that this is the budget one. My experience was nice, I had a little problem with the lamp not working in my room when me and my friends entered for the first time, but the hotel staff just solved it very quickly, so I don't have nothing to complain about it. I recommend it.”
